Comfortable and Convenient level 1 unit
We stayed here over Thanksgiving for 3 nights as it was the closet level 1 rental available to my inlaws who reside at Watercrest assisted living. We are a family of 5 and needed a level 1 unit as my husband has mobility issues and this unit has 2 handicap spots available right infront of it. This unit also has private ample parking not shared with neighboring buildings. I needed the fully equipped kitchen to prepare a small home cook Thanksgiving meal to take to my inlaws and this unit didn't fail. I was very surprised how equipped the kitchen was and I didnt need to use a lot of my own items I had pack other than my large pan to roast a turkey. We did not spend a lot of time in the unit except to crash at the end of each day but it is a very spacious, clean space with lots of hot water. Each bedroom has smart TVs. The living room just has cable access. Upon arrival we found one broken dining chair on top of the table and a broken freezer door handle. We let the host know right away but since we weren't gathering here for meals, it wasn't an imposition. The only thing I noticed in the advertised image vs reality is they picture a white drip coffee maker, so I pack ground coffee and filters. But when we arrived they had upgrade to a very nice Kcup machine with some complimentary coffees. If I had known, I would have pack kcups. What they had available was flavored coffees such as hazel nut, toffee and caramel but we prefer nonflavored coffees. We plan to stay here again.
