The condo was great. I have no complaints other than it got warm at night. There is also no outside seating. Could use a pair of scissors but other wise it was great. It was very clean, comfortable with great seating, bedding and towels.

Our house was very clean. The location is great, in the middle between the town of Jackson and the park. Easy to get to every location. The house has everything that is needed. The problem is no real Air Condition. This house would be great in the Fall, Spring or Winter but not when it's warm outside. The only bedroom downstair was somewhat cool with fan in open window. Upstairs is hot! There are no windows upstairs. The upper bunk bed is hot with all the heat rising upward. The house comes with a portable air unit. It cannot be moved as its vent system is connected to downstair window. Also, the unit shuts down every hour as the water in the unit needs to be emptied. The unit is not strong enough to move the air upstairs, even with all the fans.

However, we’re sorry that other aspects of your stay fell short of expectations. We understand that warmer summer temperatures can be uncomfortable, and we’re sorry the upstairs was so warm during your visit. This home does not have central A/C, and while the portable unit and fans help cool the main level, we recognize they are not as effective at moving cool air into the upstairs sleeping areas. We also apologize for the inconvenience of the portable unit shutting off when its water tank needed to be emptied. We have evaluated the machine and updated instructions accordingly so that future guests can be informed of this at the time of arrival. Additionally, we appreciate your feedback regarding the need for additional cooling options throughout the home, and we’ll keep this in mind as we look for ways to improve the home. Thank you again for sharing your feedback, as it helps us improve both our communication and the overall guest experience. We hope you were still able to enjoy your time in Jackson and would welcome the opportunity to host you again and deliver the five-star experience we strive for with every guest. Pines 2024 Vacation

This place was amazing! It was such a relaxing place to come back to after exploring Jackson/Tetons. Would 100% recommend this place to any and everyone looking to travel to Wilson/Jackson Wyoming and we hope to be back soon!

Great Spot Just Outside Town

Great spot for a guy’s trip. Property was clean and the check in/out process couldn’t have been easier. 15 min from Jackson and 45 from the park.

Very pretty apartment in a great location. Well decorated, clean & easy access to everything. We did have a few issues like a delayed check in & laundry machines not being available for use but the management company was very apologetic & accomodating. Overall I think this is a nice place to stay with good space & quiet with plenty of room for a family. Location was perfect.

Bright and cheery winter retreat!

This condo has had a great renovation really setting it apart from other Aspen condos we have stayed in. It's bright and inviting as was commented upon from other friends who visited and have stayed in the Aspens for years.

We really liked the location and size of the unit. Our only complaint was that the bed sheets in the master had a large stain and the pillow cases were also stained. Otherwise the condo was perfect! The host made contact information easily available.
