Avec ses 2 chambres séparées avec leur douche (canapé convertible si besoin) ce logement peut être partagé avec des amis sans problème. La literie 90 X 180 est à changer, la chambre à l'étage avec le grand lit est exigue. Le ménage laisse à désirer....faute de temps ou de précision....bouilloire hors d'état de fonctionnement, table salon cassée. Marché et commerces en bas de l'immeuble. Gare 5 mn,mer Deauville 15 mn à pieds.

Résidence haut de gamme avec parking, appartement bien équipé et très propre. L'emplacement est exceptionnel à 2 minutes à pied de la place Morny. Je recommande.

Logement très bien situé, au calme qui se trouve dans une charmante résidence bien tenue. Gardienne très agréable. Petit bémol : Cet appartement serait parfait si la moquette était retirée (très vilaine et sale) et le ménage un peu mieux fait (traces de doigts sur la glace, poussière dans les coins et sur les meubles) ! Conclusion : nous reviendrons !!!

Location plutôt adaptée couple et petits enfants La chambre du bas étriquée pas possible fermer la porte le lit bloque. Beaucoup d'accessoires inutiles (pléthore de verres et de poêles!), en revanche pas de louche ni de spatule.

Appartement parfaitement situé

Nous sommes ravis de cette location pour notre petit séjour. Appartement très bien agencé et parfaitement placé dans Deauville. Pas de place pour un lave vaisselle dans la cuisine qui est petite et il manquerait juste un canapé dans le coin salon. On recommande sans problème.

l'appartement est bien placé et la distribution des pièces est quasi parfaite. en revanche, l'appartement manque de confort : ni lave linge ni lave vaisselle, une literie vieillissante, des meubles en mauvais état, peu de vaisselle. L'appartement est situé dans un immeuble situé en face du marché en plein centre ville et proche des plages. Pas besoin d'utiliser la voiture. L'appartement est fonctionnel, bien équipé.
