A true four-season getaway awaits at this unique home, sitting right on the Pagosa Springs Golf Course one mile from The Choke Cherry Tree and three miles from Pagosa Springs Center For The Arts. Grab a cup of coffee from the Keurig (pods provided) in the morning and spend some time on the back deck. The large yard features lots of pine trees, providing plenty of privacy. Enjoy golf, hiking, and mountain biking in the warm months, and skiing, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing in the winter. There are also four lakes with three miles for great fishing.

Inside, you’ll find soaring ceilings, exposed beams, and lots of windows flooding the space with light. Unique knick knacks and antiques fill the home, adding to its personality. The split floor plan features lots of cozy spots to gather, including two living rooms on the main floor and a book-filled loft, perfect for a restful evening. Gather in front of the wood stove on chilly evenings, or step over to the TV area and stream your favorite shows as a family.

Upstairs, you’ll find an office, perfect for remote work, the full, well-equipped kitchen, a breakfast room, and a formal dining room, with plenty of mealtime seating for everyone. At the end of the evening, mix a cocktail at the wet bar and relax before bed. Two main suites on either end of the house feature en suite bathrooms and plenty of privacy, with two more bedrooms upstairs.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is an active surveillance camera on the home's exterior, outside the front door.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
