About this property

Offering a studio above our barn. Cute little space with beautiful views of paradise valley. Small but everything you need for your Montana getaway! 40 minutes to Yellowstone national park. Just 10 minutes outside Livingston Montana. we have 2 dogs that are friendly, free range chickens. Turkeys And A loud rooster who sometimes kicks. There is a broom by the stairs! , horse and goats!! and there is no wifi, sorry!! Please drive into driveway slowly. Watch for dogs who are friendly and we have a turkey who’s grey. Very friendly but sometimes sleeps under cars or in driveway. Please always look under car before driving out. Thank you!

Cozy studio. Very friendly host provided fresh eggs in the mini fridge. Fun wildlife viewing from the balcony. Beautiful scenery

Something to crow about

This place is so charming and the hosts are amazing. It's a great location if you want that country atmosphere within 10 minutes of downtown Livingston. The animals on the property (horse, goats, chickens, dogs, crowing roosters) add to it's charm. We highly recommend this place.

Hello! We are a family of three. We have dogs on the property who are friendly. We also have free range chickens and a loud rooster who can be mean now and then 😂 we are 5 minutes to the Yellowstone river. And 5 minutes to
Downtown Livingston.

Why they chose this property

We are private and quiet. Other than a rooster! We settle down early. No parties. Just a nice little getaway for fishermen or anyone wanted to explore southwest Montana! My husband myself and daughter live on site but will give you privacy
