Branson vacay

Everything was great except one of the 4 rooms was tiny with a seemingly wire mesh mattress in the pullout bed. Great view in 3 of the rooms. Water slide and splash pad were not working.

Perfect for large group

Loved having 4 full bathrooms and big tubs in 2 rooms made so quick for that many people to get showers. The shower head in one bathroom was broke and missing a shower curtain so we could only use the tub. I luckily did not have the opportunity to listen to time share crap as we had a lot of activities to squeeze into 4 days! I don’t like that part they will tell you to come back for a parking pass but that’s code word for come listen to our timeshare crap! I just needed a place to stay with no strings! It was very nice and accommodating! No complaints with the condo at all!

We had to switch our dates due to our daughter getting sick. The host was gracious enough to refund us most of our original stay, even though we were told we would get a FULL refund. The subsequent dates were more expensive, so between not getting a full refund and having to pay more, the stay for two nights ended up being quite a bit more. I would have never originally paid that, but we wanted to rebook with the owner who kindly partially refunded us on short notice. One of the pull out beds had to be pulled out by maintenance because we couldn’t get it out on our own and didn’t want to risk breaking anything. The check in process was LONG and we had resort employees making multiple attempts to get us to rebook with the resort throughout our stay. Overall, it was a good (but pricey) experience for a weekend stay.

Grand Crown Resort was the nicest, roomiest, and cleanest place we’ve ever stayed in Branson!! We plan to stay there again!

Nice place

Condo was nice. Plenty of space with 3 rented units. Secondary units were connected to main unit via connecting doors so guests could have privacy if they chose to. All was well except 2 of the days pool was closed for maintenance and it is tough that you can't check in before 4pm to unload luggage. The ladies at check in were great and deserve 5 stars, the 3 stars is just concerning waiting process and please don't try to sell me a time share while waiting for check in!
