Very accommodating

Grounds in great shape. Maria in the office very helpful. Layout excellent. Perfect for family or 2 couples. Only negative is that furnishings and kitchen and bath are in need of updates. However, everything worked fine.

The owner was very communicative, the unit a nice amount of space for my husband, me and our two daughters. It was a short drive to downtown Palm Springs and several local trailheads. It worked well for us for our trip!

Very happy here!

Was a wonderful property...very accommodating - clean and large space - very responsive and accommodating. Quiet complex - beautiful mountain backdrop. Only downside is distance to downtown...and cost with transportation (Lyfts and Ubers) became quite costly over compounding days and surge times. But not the fault of the property!

Old but comfortable

Very large condo Clean. Old interior and there was a slight musty smell. Air conditioning sounded as if struggled to cool but it’s hot in Palm Springs so not it’s fault. Master shower had no pressure. Beds are great. Front room comfortable. Pictures of pool slightly deceiving. It’s smaller than looks. We had to leave earlier than wanted and would go back. The view is mountains is very peaceful. Very nice staff makes the old style worth staying. Very quiet complex Felt safe.
