Took a day from us

The property was clean minus some sheets that seemed to have an ink stain on them. The location was quiet and safe. VACASA who manages the property was really the only downfall of the entire stay. They called and or emailed almost daily during the trip. One day we ordered a movie on our Amazon Prime account, but immediately were called and charged by the property manager as well. It was clearly on our account and they billed us for something we already paid for. The middle of our trip there was construction being done to the unit below us and we had to listen to that noise until we left for the day. On our last full day of our trip we were told a contractor was coming to the unit at 9:30am. The contractor arrived at 10 am and was in and out of the unit until about 1pm, thus making it so we couldn’t go anywhere for the day. They also cut a hole in the wall and left the debris all over the floor. This wasn’t the unit owners fault nor VACASA. Since we have returned we have received daily reminders from VACASA to review them and recommend to a friend. If this property wasn’t managed by VACASA we would stay again. However, we have decided to never stay at a VACASA managed property again.

Absolutely amazing!

We fell in love with this property immediately! Super close to everything we wanted to do. The pool was amazing! Anything you could possibly need was provided. Thanks you for the best vacation ever!
