The enclosed outdoor shower available will be perfect for rinsing off the sand after a fun day at the beach. Inside, the carpeted living room provides guests with a great place to unwind and entertain themselves. Stream a favorite show on the smart TV with streaming apps (YouTubeTV, Netflix, HBOMax, Disney+, Hulu, Apple TV, Prime Video) or gather around the coffee table to play any of the board games available. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
