The enclosed outdoor shower available will be perfect for rinsing off the sand after a fun day at the beach. Inside, the carpeted living room provides guests with a great place to unwind and entertain themselves. Stream a favorite show on the smart TV with streaming apps (YouTubeTV, Netflix, HBOMax, Disney+, Hulu, Apple TV, Prime Video) or gather around the coffee table to play any of the board games available. Planning on traveling during the winter months? Don't worry! This area is equipped with an electric fireplace. The chef of the group will fall in love with this kitchen the moment they see it. It's complete with gorgeous cabinets, sparkling countertops, and modern appliances, including a French-door fridge, built-in oven and microwave, stovetop, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The island seats four while the dining table seats six. There is an additional family room with comfortable sofas and a 75" smart TV with a Nintendo Switch Dock.

The main bedroom is spacious with another smart TV and an en suite bath with double vanity and a standalone shower. The other two bedrooms share access to the other two full bathrooms available. Additional perks include central AC and a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
