LOCATION: The community is fantastic! You can access the two community pools (Pools are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day), clubhouses, two gyms, tennis and basketball courts, and a fenced-in playground by the pool. It is a fantastic location - just about one mile from the beach and great restaurants! Right around the corner, you can hike or bike on the Junction & Breakwater Trail or enjoy tax-free shopping at the Tanger Outlets, which are less than a mile from the house and have easy access.

THINGS TO KNOW: All reservations must be seven nights or longer. No pets and no smoking. Linens are not supplied. However, we do have a rental package. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host before checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
