We warmly welcome you, dear guests, in our cozy holiday home with its unique, personal charm in the heart of the Ötztal.

A few years ago, we discovered this former farmhouse with its unmistakable Tyrolean charm and renovated it with love. We were always anxious to combine "the old" with the "new", to preserve the original character, without neglecting the comfort that we all appreciated so much.
We wanted to feel well and you as our guests should feel at home.
Our holiday home is designed so that you can enjoy your holiday with us all year round:
- In summer for hiking, biking, rafting and much more,,,
- In winter of course for skiing, be it alpine skiing in the surrounding ski resorts or cross-country skiing right near the house or tobogganing.
In short, a beautiful spot in winter with both snow and summer, where you can sit outside, barbecue, chill out and play the children safely outside.

Please take into consideration, that you will have to pay a visitor's tax when you book. This must be paid before entering the cottage. A suburb payment is not possible.
You will receive the invoice for this in good time before you travel and can be paid by bank transfer or PAYpal.
Tourist tax winter 3 €, tourist tax summer 2.5 € each per person per day.
Furthermore you will receive the final details of your trip before you travel.
