Great location! Love that we were able to walk downstairs and get coffee. Everything was well stocked, essential wise, and it's always great to be able to do laundry. Out host was very communicative and answered whatever questions I had almost immediately. Would definitely stay here again!

This rental was soooo much better than a stuffy hotel room. And it was VERY clean. If you are in town and trying to decide between a hotel or a rental, just get this rental. It was very reasonably priced when I stayed. The owner pays attention to many little details that you will appreciate. If you are sensitive to road noises sleep in the bedroom next to the door, the high windows block a lot of the sound.

Excellent stay, ease of access was great for downtown ellicotville/holiday valley, and there was more than enough room for 6 people.

Cozy place with all the necessities for cooking! Our family had a great time! Loved the lockers for ski stuff and coffee was right downstairs. Only con is that it is on a main road with no sidewalks.

Ellicotville getaway

We were very pleased with the accommodations, the location, and the affordability of this apartment! We travel to Ellicotville a few times a year to ski with family and friends, and we all agreed we’d definitely book with Amanda again!

We were in town for Family Weekend at St. Bonaventure. Although it's a bit of a drive to and from the college, Ellicottville is a nice little town, especially in the fall. Very clean, adequate apartment for myself, daughter, son-in-law, and their infant.

Great stay!

Our family of four had a great time staying here for our ski trip. The apartment was VERY clean and modern , had everything we needed and was close to town and Holiday Valley ski resort. Checking in and out was a breeze. You do hear some traffic noise from the street below but that wouldn’t stop us from staying here again. The place is very easy to get to and I would definitely recommend staying here to others.

Nice stay

Everything was very nice, the only complain would be thatbit was impossible to get the livingroom dark enough to sleep well (pullout sofa) as blinds didnt eliminate surrounding lights
