Is your family too big for most places to vacation? Search no further! We can sleep 16! Our game room features a full-size pool table, foosball table, bumper pool table, poker table, and a dart board. 4 bed, 4 bath, with 2 master bedrooms (13 beds total). Our lot features a basketball court, hot tub, shady gazebo, and 3 spacious patios. We are centrally located and less than an 8-minute drive to the lake, skiing, shopping, restaurants, hiking, parks, and much more.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
All trash, including outdoor deck trash, bathrooms, recycling, and fireplace ashes, must be taken to 41970 Garstin Drive or 39690 Big Bear Blvd. Please pick up any additional trash left outside.
Dishes washed & put away. Please ensure the coffee maker is off, emptied, & cleaned, and the tea kettle is rinsed with light soap and hot water. The lid should be left unsealed to dry out on a towel.
Please ensure you have not left anything behind. The keys should be returned to the key box, and all doors and windows are locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No more than four vehicles on the property at any time, and there's no street parking.

This cabin is amazing! Feels very homey, lots of beds, and great atmosphere. We have brought our high school church group for some time of retreat and it’s been amazing! Host is great, communicates, and friendly.

This is the perfect place to stay if you have a large family. So comfortable and kid friendly. Parking is the only draw back. Just plan accordingly if you have more than 4 cars. Not the owner's fault it's a city ordinance. The owners were very communicative and nice. I would definitely stay there again. My family had a ball.

Cabin had plenty of large spaces for gathering everyone together. Yard is big. Near great hiking. Had issue first night, and owner was super prompt in fixing it. Game room was perfect for our group!

Spacious Cabin Quiet Neighborhood

We stayed here Jan 13-15, 2024 and our group enjoyed our stay here. It was very spacious inside and out. Neighborhood was quite and pretty close to both resorts. Owners had good communication and seems very pleasant. Wifi was strong and fast. Water was almost instant hot and good high pressure. Thank you so much we hope to stay here again.

Perfect Family Escape—Roomy Cabin With Hot Tub & Games Galore

We stayed over the 4th of July and had an unforgettable time. The cabin’s location let us enjoy spectacular fireworks right from the deck, and Big Bear Lake was even better once we rented a boat for the weekend. Inside, there’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and the fully stocked kitchen—complete with extra dishes—made mealtimes easy. The hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after exploring, the game room kept both kids and adults entertained for hours, and the basketball court added a fun, active twist to our days. For dinner out, we loved 572 Social—highly recommend it. If you’re after a spacious, activity-packed getaway in an ideal spot, this cabin is tough to beat. We’re already talking about a return visit!

Youth Retreat

Our group of youth and mentors had a great time here. Even with 14 people the layout of the house facilitated our shared meals and group discussions easily. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals for a big group. The game room was a huge hit with everyone. The owner was very responsive during our stay and after our stay was kind enough to offer their assistance in returning some items left behind by some of our youth. I would happily stay here again in the future and recommend it to others.
