Stay in our renovated 200 year old stone cottage with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 spacious common areas, a built-in pool, hot tub, pool table, children’s play area, satellite television, Wi-Fi, grill and a large fenced in backyard. Powered by geothermal heat with solar panels and electricity, an electric stove, two refrigerators which can be stocked by many stores within 10 minutes. Only a 15 minutes drive from medieval Tábor, In the rolling hills only 1.5 Hours drive south of Prague. Come & chill!

Wonderful place

The house is wonderful, with plenty of space and toys for the kids. A great pool, which we used every day. The house has a large, new kitchen (stocked with spices and oil, a washer and dryer), a fireplace, and a hot tub. We felt completely at home. The owner gives tips on excursions and restaurants and is also a great contact person.

Family Holiday

Superb property. Perfect for our needs. Pool, hot tub, games room, kitchen and overall accommodation all really good and highly recommended. Host was fantastic and did her very best to help us with every query. So easy to get to shops and into central Prague. A lovely relaxing two week family holiday in the country. A wonderful place to stay.

A marvelous house in a marvelous region, provided by a very kind host! We spend two weeks here, together with some friends and our three teenage kids. The house itself is very remote, so you're on your own, but grocery stores and other shops are just a few minutes away by car. So is a public swimming pool, but we used the one on the property. It is clean and well maintained.We came with two dogs, which ran freely on the property. Since it is fully fenced, they could not escape. They loved going for a stroll in the surrounding forest.The famous and beautiful village of Cesky Krumlov is about one hour away by car. We did some canoeing on the Moldau there. The nearby town of Tabor is also worth a visit. The region also offers various hiking trails. Prague is around 1,5 to two hours away by car, which is OK for a day trip.We definitely plan to come here again, since there's still so much we want to visit!

Der Urlaub war sehr schön. Der Pool ist klasse und wir hatten alle sehr viel Spaß damit. Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt kann man am Fluss angeln. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war klasse. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Prachtige grote woning midden in de bossen

Communicatie verliep vlot en soepeltjes. Het huis met alle voorzieningen zag er keurig uit en we hebben het er erg naar onze zin gehad. Prima plek om even lekker bij te komen.

Why they chose this property

This 250 year old cottage was a part of my family’s landholdings which were confiscated during communism and I was renovated it in the mid-90s when it was returned to me. The nature around here is beautiful and we are driving distance to Tábor, which is a Beautiful medieval city

What makes this property unique

It’s a very spacious cottage on two levels, in the middle of nature just outside the village, it’s very secluded, and the birds we hear are beautiful
