Amazing stay in relaxing high-end condo in Little Italy

Week vacation with our family of four (one teen, one child) and this was an excellent apartment. There is some street noise (you are in the heart of a major city after all) but the apartment is warm, safe, and homely. It's styled in a relaxed, contemporary style that is attractive while being neutral enough to be a very relaxing place to come back to after a busy day exploring the city or a fun night out on the town. The apartment is also superbly located - Little Italy is effectively two blocks away, there is an amazing farmers market that happens twice a week literally on the same street and you can also walk or a short cab ride to other key central San Diego sights and neighbhorhoods. We actually managed to leave our car untouched for most of our trip - using public transport and walking as our main methods of transport all week apart from one trip to Legoland in Carlsberg. The apart was superbly roomy for us - it could very comfortably accommodate six and also take eight (but then some of the shared spaces will start to feel a bit tight).

Beautiful villa and great location!

This place was such a perfect spot our group of 4 friends. The house was comfortable and cozy and the location was perfect for bar hopping and good restaurants. The place was so comfortable that we had a hard time leaving somedays. There is some street noise at times but nothing overwhelming or out of the ordinary for being in the middle of a city. The Saturday morning farmer’s market was a nice surprise too! I’d recommend this place to anyone!

Great space to hang with friends and a perfect spot close to plenty of restaurants and bars

This place was perfect for me and a group of friends. There were plenty of close bars, restaurants, and coffee shops within walking distance. Little Italy was a great neighborhood to be in! We had a hard time not wanting to hang at the house too often because of how great and comfortable it was as well. The farmer’s market right outside our front door, on Saturday morning, was a nice surprise too. There were few neighborhood noises for trash pickup and whatnot but nothing too crazy. It was a great stay!

Love this place!

The location to little Italy is amazing. So beautiful to sit outside drinking coffee and watching th dog park across the street! Easy access to everything and as beautiful as described.
