Our house is located in a quiet central location about 5 minutes walk from the center. The apartment extends over the entire first floor. The Spar supermarket is a 2-minute walk away. For all winter sports enthusiasts Söll is worth seeing - with the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental, the night skiing in Söll and 2 floodlit toboggan runs there is something for everyone. Our house is about 3 minutes drive from the valley station Söll away. In winter, the ski bus stop is 200m away, from where you can easily reach the valley station of the Söll mountain railway. In summer, wonderful walks around Söll and the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental invite you to linger. In Hochsöll is the Hexenwasser, which offers the ideal cooling for large and small on hot summer days. Also for cycling enthusiasts there are many varied and beautiful bike tours around Söll. On request, our apartment is rented in low season and from 2 persons! For bookings of 6 adults plus 1-2 small children: Smaller children can be additionally booked in the travel cot to 6 adults. In this case please a short information after booking, the extra charge for the children is taken into account in the final bill!

The apartment is located in the 1. Floor and has 3 double bedrooms, a large living room with dining table and comfortable couch area. The adjoining fully equipped kitchen is separated from the lounge area. The bathroom is equipped with shower and bath. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. On the south and west side there is a spacious balcony with a terrace, which invites you to have breakfast in the summer. The apartment has cable TV, WiFi, and radio.
