Great room is open to the kitchen/dining area with loads of windows and sliding glass door bringing the outdoors in. 3 flat screen TV's and wireless internet. Master bedroom features a queen size bed and guest bedroom features 2 twin beds. Canal view from both bedrooms!! Additional guest sleeping includes a pull out sleeper sofa. Features a 35' concrete seawall for docking your boat - convenient to the marina for fueling. Heavy duty dock posts, cleats and bait freezer. Walk to all the common areas; pool, marina, store, tennis, playground and recreation hall. Amenities include Washer, Dryer, Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, BBQ Grill, Wifi, 3 TV's, Outdoor patio furniture. 7 DAY MINIMUM LOBSTER SEASON, BOAT TRAILER PARKING ADDITIONAL FEE, WIRELESS INTERNET IN REC HALL.

Beautiful backdrop for a place in need of cleaning/update

There was zero communication after booking and we arrived after dark to the guard shack with no instruction. The VRBO customer service team was patient and kind and stayed on the phone while we navigated the check in process to make sure we could gain access to the gated property. Security staff at Venture Out was also amazing. We arrived at a dark location and were instructed to “walk in” to check for an unlocked door….. walking into a home that is dark, to access if it’s the correct location to me is mind blowing in todays times…. What if we were wrong and walked into someone else’s home??? Just good for thought. The property management NEVER answered despite it being only 6pm. The next we were lying on the coach when In noticed black bugs pouring from the couch…. Called again with no answer…. Received an email saying they missed us and would come back tomorrow. We stayed at the rental the whole day and they no showed…. The community is beautiful, the house is in need of a deep clean and update as the televisions do not work in the bedroom or main room and the living room furniture has way beyond seen better days….we won’t even try to talk about the bugs….

The people in the area are super nice and sweet. It was perfect for what we were doing in the keys. Would come back.

Great place to stay in the lower Keys

Excellent location and exactly as described. Centrally located in the development close to the pool, community store, and boat ramp. Limited trailer storage onsite in a first come first served basis, but the staff was helpful in finding a location nearby. The house was moderately well kept, and the AC broke during our first day there. The management staff was super helpful and very quick to react coming out on a Sunday evening to deliver additional AC units. Overall great place to stay. I'd definitely book again.
