Overflow parking for boat trailers and extra vehicle is available on a first come first serve bases and is not guaranteed.

Not be bad spot.

Great old Florida keys feel. But if you have a boat it better be a small one, not much dock frontage.

The property lacked hygiene and maintenance. There was bicycles and also fishing rods, but both not working. You can tell that they didn’t maintain things properly and were there but in very bad condition.

First time every renting a house in venture out in this bad of condition.

The house does not cool at all has three window units that cannot cool this house down. We should of noticed somethih was wrong with the ac system when we seen a commerical fan in the living room. The floors were very filthy with dirt and hair. Doors to the bathroom do not close. We left after staying one night and paid for 5 nights. No response from management. Do not rent this unit in venture out.

Quirky Trailer

Monika was a pleasure to deal with. Trailer was a bit quirky but the location, pool & amenities made up for it. Had a flat tire on 1 of the 3 supplied bikes & they had it fixed the same evening I told her about it. Larger bathroom & central a/c would be nice but.....

Great location!

It was a nice place! Rubbed the wrong way, with only one roll of toilet paper. TVs are useless, but didn’t go to watch tv. A little care would go far with this rental.

The location was amazing! The place was dirty, and in need of repairs. We cleaned the floors they were dirty, mopped them 3 times pans were stained cleaned up one. The toilet fills with hot water. i fixed a couple lights, and cleaned the globes, and got 1 working that was not. Swept off the dock area. It is dated which is fine if it was clean, we enjoyed our stay over all, venture out is amazing! We will be back maybe not at this property. It is sad the property has been let go because the location is awesome.

Terrible unit to stay in

We arrived on Thursday for a 10 night stay. Contacted the real estate agent told her bed was terrible it felt like had a rod in the middle and bed stained. She said she would bring us a mattress topper which she never did and also a new mattress would be coming never happened. Cut our vacation short. Left on Wednesday. The back deck area was filthy and furniture all stained, this is an old dirty rundown unit. Would NOT recommend this unit even at half the expensive rate we paid

Relaxing Keys Vacation

Away from the crowds of Key West but close enough to drive there or to Marathon very easily. Well maintained gated community. Rental is right on a canal with quick access to the Gulf for boating/fishing/kayaking enthusiasts. Excellent community boat launch area. Rental needs some minor maintenance (kitchen drawers) and a guide to what channels are available on tv would have been great, but definitely would stay here again.
