The home was nice, cozy, and very clean. All three beds were comfortable, and overall the space itself was very pleasant. We did have an issue with the upstairs shower, which we could not get to work.We stayed here to celebrate my mom’s birthday and spent most of our time out exploring Asheville. After dinner, we came back to the house to relax, have cheesecake, and play charades together. We were not having a party, but we were told to keep the noise down after 10 p.m. due to quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.I completely understand having quiet-hour rules, but I do feel future guests should be aware of how strictly they are enforced. If you are planning a family celebration, traveling with children, or simply want to stay up in the evening laughing and enjoying time together, this may not be the best fit.The property itself was clean, comfortable, and cozy, but unfortunately the noise restrictions put a damper on what was supposed to be a special birthday evening with my mom.

Super convenient and a mountain feel

What a treat to be so close to everything and yet still tucked away against a hill for the mountain experience. Such a sweet deck, loved the beds and the shower. A great place to stay.

The beds in the immaculate bedrooms, and the linens, were top notch. So comfy. The house is very very quiet--a perfect refuge. Great water pressure in the showers, nicely appointed kitchen, cute decor (not too much, tasteful prints), soft towels and great seating areas. Perfectly positioned for All Things Asheville.

Why they chose this property

This home is in a very peaceful setting and yet also so close to downtown Asheville. You can walk or take a short drive down the end of the street to the Woodfin Riverside park, where you can stroll on the greenway. The home is also very close to River Arts District and the new absolutely amazing greenway that takes you for miles along the french broad river.
