This cozy one-room apartment has an open plan living / sleeping area (2 single beds), small kitchenette and bathroom with shower & WC. South balcony to the Marienkapelle. There is an additional bedroom with double bed and shower / WC to be booked.
Our family-run house is located in a central, quiet location with an unforgettable view of the mountains from and around Ellmau. Whether summer or winter, our house is the ideal starting point for all leisure and holiday activities! 27-hole golf course, playground, riding stables, tennis court, ski schools, lifts and cross-country ski trails in the immediate vicinity. To relax, we offer a flowering garden with swimming pond, sunny lawn and rustic garden shed. For the health: table tennis and fitness room, sauna and solarium. Pets on request.
