Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay over the holidays. The property is beautiful and very clean. The view and location are both spectacular. The check in/out process was easy and the owner was very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely stay again!

I will admit when we pulled into complex I was a little worried because it is older, but when I opened the door to this unit I was pleasantly surprised!! It was exactly like the pictures. Clean, nice furniture and a wonderful kitchen with every small appliance you could possibly need. Easy check-in with a very responsive owner. Patio was beautiful with new furniture and a GREAT ocean view!! Just 2 things I was unaware of because I missed it while reading about property, there is no elevator and it is on the 3rd floor, can be cumbersome with beach chairs umbrella etc but I would totally stay there again. 2nd thing was no washer or dryer and again not an issue for me but for some it may be.We had a wonderful stay in this unit and if ever back in Cocoa Beach, I would definitely stay here again!!

Beauty on the beach!

Great vacation. Unit was beautiful. Had everything you would need for a week long vacation. Host was easy to talk to & get in contact with. Only thing was it did not have a washer/dryer, however laundry room was a short distance from unit. 10/10 experience. You must book!!!

Complete Diamond!

This condo was absolutely gorgeous - the pictures don’t do it justice. It is also probably the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. The view from the balcony is so beautiful and relaxing. It was a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee, read a book to take a break from the sun, and amazing relaxing nook to listen to the waves. Excellent communication with the property owner. Extremely helpful and responsive. The location is close to several restaurants and tourist areas.

Beautifully appointed condo with great view!

The condo/apartment was spotless and inviting. Beautiful tile throughout, clean and beach cozy. The 3rd floor patio was spacious with comfy chairs and had great views. The morning sunrise was beautiful! The host was very responsive and we had no issues. The property itself seems older but the unit is up to date. We saw that some complained about the stairs which was not an issue for us, but may be difficult for seniors. We hope to visit again! Thank you!

Great little family vacation!

We very much enjoyed our stay here! It is directly on the beach. Grocery stores and shopping within 2 miles!!! Great FAMILY environment. Color scheme is fabulous inside! You can tell this condo was totally remodeled! It’s beautiful! And I love that there isn’t glass Knick-knacks that makes me nervous with my kids. We’ve stayed at places where there is useless glass knick-knacks that we have to move from fear of our children accidentally hitting. This was a huge relief! Thank you for being so considerate for families with small children. We highly recommend this place!

Great Stay

My wife and I stayed here with our 11 and 8-yr old boys. The condo was very quiet and had a great view of the ocean. We were able to see a lot of things from afar (bring binoculars!). We even saw a submarine coming in and were able to drive up to Jetty Park to watch it float right by us on its way to the dock. The condo is on the third floor and you need to climb stairs to get to it. This was not an issue for our young/fit family. Do be sure to bring toiletries. Sometimes these places are fully stocked with options. This one was not. Not an issue, just wish we brought a few extra things with us. Communication was great. We texted back and forth and everything was smooth. Would stay again. Hopefully the next time the weather is better and we can enjoy the beach some more!

My family and I stayed here for three nights before heading off to Disney. Property proximity to and view of the beach were amazing. All the things you needed for a great day(s) at the beach were already in the condo. Check in was super easy and the host was great. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in Cocoa Beach!

Long weekend stay before our cruise

Very nice, updated condo. Had everything we needed for a long weeekend- keurig, air fryer. Short walk to the beach. Beautiful balcony with perfect view of the ocean. Very close to Publix and great restaurants.

We loved our stay at Beauty and the Beach. Ideal location, quiet spot on the beach. Distant views of the space center, enjoyed watching the cruise ships depart the port. Condo is great. Fresh and bright and clean. Plenty of space for our family of four with two teenagers. Loaded with games, books, and everything that you need for the beach. Great kitchen, easy to cook in and well stocked. Enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise over the beautiful beach and ocean. We were lucky enough to meet the owner who was gracious and kind and offered lots of local tips. You can tell that this is a special place for her and that they enjoy sharing it with other families. Communication with property manager was also great. Very personalized treatment, clear instructions fast responses. Great people to rent from. I highly recommend staying here.
