Overall this place was exactly what we were looking for. The unit had plenty of space for us and everything was as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and small appliances and plenty of spices for cooking. The beach view from the balcony was outstanding and the seating provided was comfortable for watching sunrises or sipping a cocktail.

The condo was perfect for our needs, facilities were great - cannot fault it or the host. The location is great, right on the beach and high enough to give a fantastic view of the beach down to Canaveral. The pool is nothing special or scenic, but serves the purpose fine and was always quiet. Not much nightlife within walking distance, but that's true for most of Cocoa Beach - you need a car.

The place was everything we were hoping for. It was very clean and spacious and even included the extra comforts of home like plenty of pillows and blankets and lots of beach toys. There were fully stocked pantry with the essentials including spices and zip lock bags. We were able to use a crock pot. There's an airfryer also. I used the keurig but there is also drip coffee maker. The host is great at communicating. And the view? Wonderful. The pictures in the reviews are accurate.

Wonderful place to stay!

My family and I stayed here for three nights before heading off to Disney. Property proximity to and view of the beach were amazing. All the things you needed for a great day(s) at the beach were already in the condo. Check in was super easy and the host was great. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in Cocoa Beach!

Great Stay!

We had such a great stay! The condo is completely remodeled, very clean and all appliances are modern. We loved sitting on the balcony facing the ocean! Would highly recommend this condo and will probably want to stay there again someday.

We had the best week at Allen’s condo. Everything was as pictured. We got to see a rocket launch from the beach which was steps from the condo.
