Located across the street from Beach Access 39. This 2 bedroom 1.5 bath townhome is just a short walk to the beautiful ocean shore! Gulf Highlands Beach Resort offers an array of amenities including 11 swimming pools (5 of which are heated seasonally), tennis courts, shuffle board, playground, 18-hole putt-putt course, fitness center, and much more! This unit has a queen size bed in the master bedroom, and a queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom, as well as a full pull-out sleeper sofa. Rear gate of resort leads to beach walkway entrance, directly across the street.

The unit comes with an outdoor screened patio along with an outdoor patio perfect for morning coffee or a family meal after a day at the beach! Grill on patio and two (2)designated parking spaces in front of the townhome.
