Beautiful Ocean view Condo on the Beach

Enjoy your next beach vacation in this beautiful 5th floor, 2 br/2 bath condo overlooking the Atlantic Ocean in quiet Ponce Inlet. Step out on the large balcony overlooking the ocean, watch beautiful sunsets and the quiet 'no traffic' beach.

The master bedroom includes a king size bed, ceiling fan and TV. Huge walk-in closet, ocean view sliding glass doors access the balcony. Private bathroom with roman tub and walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom has its own balcony and includes a queen bed, tv and ceiling fan. Access to a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The kitchen includes all appliances (stove, refrigerator/ice maker, washer/dryer, , garbage disposal and dishwasher. Coffee maker, crock pot, and toaster. Fully stocked pots, pans, dishware, utensils. Roomy dining room table seats six and separate breakfast nook.

Includes screened in lanai.

Relax on the couch as you look out at the pristine Atlantic Ocean right from your own living room. Couch contains a sofa bed.

The Towers contains 3 oceanfront heated pools, 3 jacuzzies, and full gym.

Minutes from Daytona shopping and entertainment. One hour drive to Orlando, one and half hour drive to Disney World and other Orlando attractions; twenty minute drive to NASCAR International Speedway, and Daytona Beach pier.

Very nice condo, clean and well organized. Direct access to the beach, pools, hot tubs and gym. Could walk or ride bicycles for miles on best section of the Daytona strip.

Home away from Home

Another wonderful stay. The check in process was seamless and our host was most helpful throughout our entire visit. The unit is very comfortable and has all the amenities one might need. The beds were great and there were many extra pillows and blankets if needed. This was our second stay here and look forward to another visit next year. We highly recommend this property. Overall great time!

My stay was unacceptable for several reasons. I am an elderly female (80s) and the elevator was problematic from day one. I had to walk up five flights twice and down three times. I had to cancel plans twice rather than get caught having to walk up on my return. There was constant construction and noise going on and people right outside my window all but the last week. I also encountered several smaller problems but compared to the elevator and construction they were minor. I do think guests should be told beforehand of problems that affect their visits they pay money for. Some kind of reimbursement should be offered.

Hello Carole, I am so very sorry for the problems you experienced. Unfortunately, we have no control over when construction is going on and virtually no early notice so I could inform you. I apologize for the elevators as we were told one would always be working. I also have no control over that. I tried reaching out a couple of times but never heard back form you. I didn't know about what issues you were having until I read this review. You had mentioned the elevator when you first got there but I didn't know about any other issues. It has been a rough couple of years since Hurricane Ian and our Association has been crazy doing upgrades to make our building safer. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience you suffered while staying. I always want my guests to have a great relaxing experience. Sincerely, Jennifer

Fantastic condo and location

The condo was spacious and comfortable. The owner had supplied everything we needed and communication was helpful. The location was fantastic for beach access. We will return again since it was so nice and so much to do in the area.

Comfortable and thoughtfully equipped condo in a superb location right on the beach. Often when traveling, you wonder if you will need hairdryer, corkscrew, beach chairs, pizza cutter, etc.... it's all provided in this luxury rental. The owner was readily available to answer questions. The Towers Complex offers underground parking, 3 pools and hot tubs, a gym where you can watch the ocean while you work out, a tennis/pickle ball court. One note: 2 of the 3 pools/hot tubs are unheated until March 1. That's no big deal- it's an easy walk to the heated one.

The walkways, elevators, etc were continually being cleaned. All residents were pleasant. Other than the construction work, it’s very quiet. Do not hear neighbors. Nice location

An enjoyable getaway!

This property appears clean and well maintained with underground parking for our ride, fitness facilities, club room and heated pool, and is located on a beautiful no-drive beach less than 1/4 mile of a popular beach restaurant/bar or a handy convenience store just across the road. Condo owner met us on arrival to acquaint us with the property and condo. The condo is clean, well maintained and equipped with most of everything one needs to really enjoy a winter vacation getaway ... we liked it a lot. The owners live an hour away and maintained phone and email contact with us while we were there.

Why they chose this property

We chose to buy in Ponce Inlet because we love the area. It is very quiet and just enough distance from Daytona Beach. There are no high rise condos there and it makes it quite unique. There are great restaurants on the water (ocean and intracoastal) and fun places to eat with live music and dancing, our kids love it too!

What makes this property unique

We love to just relax on the balcony and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. We also enjoy the fact that we can see the ocean as well as the intracoastal from the balcony. From there you can see many big boats going by. It is also great to just go downstairs and walk on the beach. There is public access right next to us that include grills and we like to grill out on the ocean.
