Why they chose this property
WELCOME
This property was purchased in the year 2000 and was part of 230 acre farm now known as Lazy Acre Alpacas. This house was built in the 1700's and has been part of our family housing our children during their college years and later my son living during his first years of marriage.. We rented it out for a few years later. After a devastating fire at our home at the farm. Sharon and I lived in the Bungalow for 13 months while our new home was being constructed .The we decided to update the interior replacing the stairs to the upstairs sleeping area . We raised the roof so that we had head room to be able to walk around.upstairs .The renovations turned out so nice we decided to share it with our VRBO guest.
