FLX Retreats Conesus Condos- APT A

Relax in this top floor 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, fully renovated condo on 75’ feet of private Conesus Lake shoreline. Enjoy the gorgeous Western sunsets from the wrap around porch that runs the full length of the top floor, or enjoy the common area with fire pits, bar, and access to a new aluminum dock with swim ladder and the use of 4 kayaks.

Both bedrooms have brand new queen mattresses. Couch has a pull out full mattress as well.

We’ll never allow pets or smoking to ensure a clean, allergy free environment. Guests are limited to a maximum of 6 people overnight and no more than 3 cars at a time.

The cottage is professionally cleaned and disinfected between each stay with freshly laundered bedding and towels provided. If you’re looking for a quiet, charming and relaxing cottage, look no further!

Lovely view on the lake. Very clean and cared for. The kitchen was well-equipped. The bed was comfortable. A park a ways down the road was a safe place to walk our dog.

We had an excellent stay in this condo. The management company was extremely responsive the one time we called them. We didn't hear the neighbors below us at all, which was our original concern. There was plenty of parking and 0 stairs to get into the condo. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry room were well stocked with garbage bags, detergent, toilet paper, etc. Most importantly, it was clean and well maintained inside. We will definitely return. Thank you for a great stay!

The view on the lake was beautiful. The inside clean and open living room lots of space. The only concern was the condition of the deck. I was afraid to stand too close to the edge . The boards need to be replaced. There were a couple of holes in the deck. The railings block the beautiful view when you’re seated. The sliding door needs work and maybe a little curb appeal on the outside. Some flowers and an umbrella for the table on the deck.

Geneseo Graduation Weekend

Great property, beautifully decorated and very spacious. The view is amazing!! Kitchen had all you need to make a big or small meal. Plenty of towels for showering or sitting out on the dock. The apartment was perfect for us to gather to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from Geneseo. The only negatives were : they didn’t have a blow dryer( luckily my daughter had one), the sheets in the master bedroom were too small for the bed and they kept popping off all night whenever you moved , they didn’t have sheets for the pull out couch(again luckily my daughter had them), and the blinds don’t block out the sun so as soon as the sun comes up the bedroom is really bright. Even with these small “hiccups” we would definitely stay again when we come back to visit!!
