Man Weekend
Looking for waterfront to do some fishing. Boat didn't run but had a great time sitting on the screened porch. Watched the Indianapolis 500 on the big screen TV.

Enjoyment, serenity and comfort!
We loved the location of the quiet channel but really great lake view. The home is very well furnished with lots of different areas for relaxing both inside and outside. Very comfortable king bed. Josh was a true pleasure throughout the process. He is sincere about wanting to make everything the best for his guests. We will be anxious to return!

Great place with super cool owner!
Loved our stay here at Lake Tippy! The cottage was cute yet surprisingly had lots of room! The screened porch as awesome morning coffees and the back deck was great for outdoor bbq Super close to the kitchen. The little firepit with a massive amount of firewood was a plus too! Lastly, a few of the neighbors we met will forever be lifelong friends! Super cool owner too! Very accomdating! 25 night stay will never be forgotten! 10 Stars-not 5

About the host

My family has been residents of Lake Tippecanoe for more than 50 years. We love summers at the lake. I'm a financial advisor, my wife is a preschool teacher. My co-owner and Aunt is retired and spent 20 years in the US Navy and 20 years in the merchant marines, or MSC. She currently resides in Norfolk, VA. She also has another property on VRBO, Robyn’s Nest, in Avon, NC. A 2 bed/2bath condo on the beach! My wife and I have 3 children. 17, 15, and 11. We live in Fort Wayne, Indiana, we are involved in our community and in our church.

Why they chose this property

This property is near the family lakehouse and allows us to utilize the home when not being loved by guests. We love the Lake Tippecanoe culture and we have some of the finest neighbors on the lake.

What makes this property unique

6 rolls of toilet paper, hand soap at each of the three bathroom sinks, and hand soap and dish soap at the kitchen sink. 1 kitchen sponge. We provide dishwasher tabs, 1 for each night of stay. We provide enough coffee filters for 2 pots of coffee per day, 2 Keurig K-kups per night of stay, and 1 roll of paper towels for each night of stay.
