Why they chose this property

The all-sports Big Chapman Lake is one of the cleanest lakes in the state as it is spring-fed. If you are into fishing, you'd love the variety in this lake - bass, walleye, pike, perch, you name it! It's a fisherman's dream! Our family loves taking the paddleboards and kayaks to the nearby sandbar to hang out or play volleyball. We also love the warm and enviting neighborly vibes. We are 10 minutes away from beautiful downtown Winona and 12 minutes from downtown Warsaw. Our family enjoys going into town for coffee, ice cream, and dinner.

What makes this property unique

The backyard feels like an extension of the living room. You can sit on the couch and take in the views of the lake. The firepit in the backyard is the perfect way to wrap up a fun day of activities. We provide all you need to enjoy your stay - coffee, tea, games, books, outdoor games, paddleboards, kayaks, and a variety of life jacket sizes (guests responsible for ensuring they have the right size). In addition to the bunk beds that your kids will love, both king and queen size beds are provided for an extra comfortable stay.
