On the main floor you will find:
- Kitchen w/dual ice maker, oven featuring air fryer, blender, toaster, microwave, coffee station, and all dinnerware/ cooking utensils

- Private office w/large desk in case you have to squeeze in some work while on vacation
- Living room with Roku TV to log into your favorite streaming platforms
- Dining/sunroom with seating for 8. Also a great spot for for some quiet reading time while taking in the ocean view
- Master bedroom featuring king size bed and original shutters which can be closed for privacy, or left open to enjoy the gorgeous views of the Atlantic
- Bathroom w/ restored cast iron tub/shower combo and bidet

Lower level you will find:
- Laundry room with brand new large capacity washer and dryer
- NEW luxury vinyl flooring replaced carper throughout
- Additional kitchen w/ new retro frig, oven/stove, dishwasher, sink, and cooking utensils/ dinnerware

We don't like rules more than anyone else but we do have a few:
- sleeps up to 8 adults and 2 children
- Up to 2 well-behaved and housebroken dogs, max 100 lbs each, are welcome at Perrydise. $250 flat non-refundable deposit, required at booking. If we find that you bring your pups and did not pay the deposit, your security deposit will be forfeited.

- Sorry but ABSOLUTELY NO parties are allowed. All guests will be asked to leave immediately and will forfeit payments and deposits if we receive notice of parties taking place on-premise.

- We do not allow anyone under the age of 25 to rent. If you rent for someone under the age of 25 and are not on-site for the duration of the stay, all occupants will be required to leave and will forfeit payments and deposits.

- We do have a security camera on the front of the house. We DO NOT monitor our guests and have it strictly for safety and security purposes.

- The City of Folly has implemented a very strict noise ordinance restricting loud or disturbing noises/music at all times. If the City of Folly issues a noise ordinance violation fine during your stay, you will be responsible for paying the fine. If a second violation is received, all guests will be evicted from Perrydise, forfeiting all payments. Please understand, this is due to Folly's new strict 3 strikes rule which means that we will have our rental license revoked if 3 violations occur at Perrydise within one year.
