Was not given apt that I originally rented was told this one was better. Stunk, cracks and repairs needed, kitchen stove cocers rusted, couldn't open fridge all the way hit washer. Took an hour sitting outside to get door code.
Pros: The place was easy to find and navigate to and from in a cute historic neighborhood. The bed was cozy and the white noise machine was so good that I bought one when I got home.
There were some errors in the listing (no pool or balcony), but the manager with whom I spoke clarified this before I made the booking, so it was not a surprise when I arrived (always ask!). The property was very clean and tidy and exactly as it appeared in the listing photos.
Mehs: The Property manager was very responsive, but not super proactive, and I had to buy some basic necessities on arrival (paper towels, detergent, napkins).
Cons: none. I would absolutely book here again.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
No sheets on the bed, just an unwashed mattress cover that had small hairs all over it. Disgusting. Floors were also dirty and sticky. I left it in the exact condition I arrived in, then took photos, but the owner still made up a false story about dog poop left on the rug to charge me an additional $25. Definitely recommend avoiding this place.

Convenient, comfortable, must have vehicle
We (3 adults) stayed here for almost 3 weeks for the NRCHA horse show at Will Rogers. I found check-in a little cumbersome. We didn't get the actual address until we were on our drive and then still needed the access code. I suggest once you have payment and approve the stay, please provide all the details for accessing the property.Parking - one vehicle out front, tight space but ok. Street parking available if needed for another vehicle.Neighborhood - literally 100 ft from train tracks with frequent commuter? trains. The block seemed to be under renovation / gentrification and ok. The closest shop/fuel, 7 Eleven is downright sketchy - loud opera music Getting hold of our host by text was very good but we could not get an email or phone number to respond. Our electronic door lock ran out of power about day 4 and left a young female at the door, (UBer gone) without access late at night in a sketchy neighborhood. It was not great. Eventually, a neighbor downstairs brought a 9 volt batter to get the door open. She suggested we repair it ourselves - but we used the battery to access the space for 3-4 days before it was repaired.Towels and bedding are adequate - think 10 year old, well used but clean. Bathroom shampoo, conditioner, body wash were excellent quality. Kitchen has pots, pans, dishes & condiments. No kettle or coffee maker. No teapot. No paper towels. Minimal toilet paper. We ran out of toilet paper and were told to buy our own.
