Sorry for inconvenience that occurred from misunderstanding. I have welcomed 3 of the guest in advance to view the place and on check in day time wasn’t as supposed to be and I was as a matter of fact late and couldn’t make it then I offered to stay with one day discounted but they ended it up cancelling the reservation.
