My daughters and I stayed here for a week and couldn’t be happier. Amazing location just a block from the beach, and within 20 minutes of other great beaches. The neighborhood has a chill vibe, a nice general store, a seafood restaurant with excellent hot and buttered lobster rolls (though you can get the other kind too). Overall an excellent stay.

Cozy place with great view!

We loved our stay here!!! Nice ocean view from the deck and delicious food at Huot’s right next door. I would recommend if you’re planning a stay in Camp Ellis!

The unit is one of several in the building. Quite noisy at times with small children running around. No AC and the unit can get quite hot in the afternoon. Windows have to remain open for any cooling. The outside environment is noisy with parties, children running around, and a restaurant right behind the unit with a live band in the evenings. I does quite down by 10 PM usually. No hand towels, facecloths, or hand soap in the unit. No microwave. The beaches close by can be quite crowded, especially at high tide when the are limited in size.

This was a great property! Stayed here for 4 nights with my husband- this is a short walk from a beautiful private (and super quiet, kid and pet friendly) beach. We took day trips to Portland, Ogunquit, and Kennebunkport, great towns all under an hour away. Also close to the Old Orchard Beach pier, and the towns of Saco and Biddeford are worth exploring as well. Super cute, cozy and clean in a great location with friendly locals. Would recommend!

Storage bowls microwave

Nothing bad about this place. We are just accustomed to all the kitchen amnesties to some extent we have had at other places Patrick was very friendly and very responsive I would definitely stay again and bring my own kitchen items I would need

Overall good.

Condo was just as described. Patrick was very pleasant when we saw him. The condo was short of what should be included. Ice trays and pot for cooking were missing but Patrick provided when asked' There were no dish clothes for drying washed dishes and no bath mat to step on after shower (tile floor easy to slip on with wet feet). These were little things that Patrick should have provided. If you rent during hot days bring floor fan. There was one but two are needed.

Space is as depicted in listing and fairly clean. Location right next to beach so easy walk over. Just to note, there is no microwave, but has working oven and stove.

Great Location, Disappointing Digs

Being a two minute walk from a fantastic, dog friendly beach was amazing. Having wonderful views of the water was super. However, this is a “budget friendly” place that’s a bit tired & not well equipped. Praise: Our dog was happy, we had off street parking and the bathroom was updated & clean.

Wonderful

2nd time at Patrick's property. Loved it. Location is perfect, walk to beach, jetty, ice cream truck and Tom's lobsters a few streets away. Get your kayaks in the Saco river a few feet from your door. Restaurant Huot is next door with oudoor seeting, bar and musician for a nice happy hour or on your balcony to look at the ocean and hear the nice music at the same time. Bed is soft and really comfortable and large pull out in living room was perfect for our teenager. Bathroom all renovated and clean. Will certainly go back.

Comfortable, cozy, convenient

Camp Ellis is a lovely, quiet seaside community - close to everything but far enough to avoid summer traffic and crowds. The property is almost exactly as listed: one bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed. There is lots of space for stuff; the balcony is a great place to sit. If you're planning on cooking, though, be forewarned; the kitchen is not well equipped, lacking decent pots and pans, salad bowls, containers, microwave (no room, I guess).

Perfect Condo

Our family of 2 adults and 2 tweens stayed a week and absolutely loved the condo. It was so clean and well maintained. Great beach views and right next door to Huot’s restaurant with live music nightly. Kids loved biking/scootering around the community. Our dog, Ralph was living his best life. We will definitely be back!
