A very cozy and family-oriented apartment, which is fully equipped to have a great relaxing vacation in a condo by the beach. The condo was recently remodeled 6 months ago. The location of the condo is the best in the Paseo de los Cocoteros Strip with restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, and coffee shops at a walking distance.

The condo is inside Playa Royale, a beachfront complex, with security, kids and senior pools, BBQ grills, palapas and a restaurant next to the sea.

This is the perfect location to enjoy a vacation with your couple or your family.

Wonderful Condo, Excellent Location!

Our stay at the condo in Playa Royale was excellent! The condo is well equipped with everything you could need including pool towels and a Nespresso coffee maker with pods. A grocery market is within walking distance for bottled water and essentials with lots of restaurants nearby as well. The concierge is most helpful in booking reservations and ordering taxis. We hope to book a return visit here next year!

Playa Royale Rental

We have stayed at this condo before. We love it here. However, there are now different rules for renters, owners, owners with friends, owners who haven't paid their fees, etc. I feel this makes for a complicated stay at this resort.

Playa Royale Gem

We stayed here for 16 days and were not disappointed. The 2 bedroom condo was beautifully decorated and well stocked. We wanted for nothing. The huge balcony has a table that would sit a large family comfortably and the view of the grounds was beautiful as well as the view of the ocean. We would love to stay here again.

Pretty Property

Location, view, size of apartment are very nice. However, we did not feel the apartment was very clean, there were stains on couch, rug in bathroom looked dirty, etc. The hostess does NOT return calls or e-mails. Would stay at the resort again, but not in her property.

Beautiful Unit!

We had a great week! The unit is beautiful, was clean and very well stocked! The beds were comfortable and the tv was great as well. Our only issue was with poor communication from the host. I don’t know if this is typical but we were quite frustrated at times because we waited very long for responses to our questions. Our check in was very slow because our information hadn’t been given to the concierge. If this were improved I would have only good things to say and would highly recommend.
