House is beautiful and furnishings are like new. One of the most well appointed rentals ever! Every kitchen item you might need, plenty of beach towels, easy access to the beach and to town. This was my 2nd visit to Juanarita. Once again we had a wonderful time in this beautifully appointed home. This is the most well stocked VRBO kitchen I've ever seen; we had everything we needed and then some. The home is so well laid out with plenty of room for everyone to relax, enjoy each other's company AND get a little privacy. We will be back!

Dream vacation!

Our stay at Juan a Rita was fantastic! The area is gorgeous and safe- we enjoyed riding bikes, walking and taking the golf cart around. The house could be in a magazine, every detail was just perfect. The owners accommodated every need we had, and were quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

What a great place !!! With kids and grandkids it was full time fun. We were first time visitors to the area and Juan-A-Rita provided everything we needed for the beach and getting around. This was our second stay at this beach house, and once again, it did not disappoint! As returning guests, we already knew we were in for a great experience, and everything exceeded expectations once again! The host’s communication was excellent—prompt, clear, and always helpful. The house was exactly as advertised, which we really appreciate. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to shops, restaurants, and everything you might need. One of the highlights is how well-stocked the home is. From beach gear, including beach towels to all the little extras that make a stay comfortable, the amenities were outstanding. We loved our stay! The home was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. We loved using the heated pool—despite outside temperatures in the low-50s, we couldn’t get our 8-year old out of the pool. Spring Break at Juan-A-Rita

My group and I had the best time at Juan-A-Rita!! This house provided the perfect amount of space and very clean! The location was a perfect distance from everything, and the bikes and hot tub were a nice touch! We couldn’t have stayed at a better place and hope to return!

Family Time Well Spent

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house was spotless, cozy, and even better than the pictures. Everything was thoughtfully prepared for anything we could have needed, and the little touches made us feel right at home. The location was perfect. Close enough to the shops, the beach, restaurants, grocery store and the list could go on yet still quite enough for us to relax and unwind. The hosts were welcoming and quick to respond which made everything stress-free and easy. We were a family of 12 and the house accommodated all of us easily. The bicycles and golf cart provided was extra nice to have for getting around. We especially enjoyed having a bathroom in every bedroom. This was such a plus with combining multiple families in one place. The beds were super comfy, and the private pool area was perfect for us. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations, we had a fantastic experience and would love to stay here again. We highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway.

Fantastic Rental with Lots of Space

We really enjoyed our time at Juan-A-Rita. Our large family was able to fit comfortably. The golf cart and pool were also a plus, especially with our kids. The beach access was also very close to the home. Overall, great vacation rental!

This home provided a spacious stylish and comfortable home base during our Family Spring Break week. The very short walk to the beach was easy and the walk to Seaside was easy as well! We had two families and with the layout and outdoor areas could choose to gather with a group or have quiet time.

Property was as advertised. Very new and clean with well appointed furnishings. Sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. The kitchen was large and well equipped with cooking supplies. The golf cart was an added benefit but it was only a short walk to the beach anyway. Great house!

Beautiful week and beautiful home by the sea!

We loved this home and our stay was so simple and relaxing. Well-appointed and close to the beach made afternoons in the sun the best they could be. Our son had to do virtual school each morning and the WIFI made that possible! The warmed pool was a nice added touch as well! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

This place is awesome!!! HOUSE IS AMAZING!!!! You can NOT beat the location We have a party of 15 and had more room for another family!!! Close to the beach and Restaurants I would recommend having a golf cart which we did and we took it everywhere we went Only a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach and beach was never crowded. If I could give more than 5* I would We will definitely be back!!!

The Airbnb was very spacious and had great amenities, we used beach chairs, the wagon, and the bikes to go to the beach located one block down the road. It was also helpful that every bedroom had a private bathroom. Communication with the property manager was easy and helpful. Would definitely book again.

Fantastic Vacation

We had a great and blessed time with our family and friends at Juan-A-Rita! The house was unbelievable and the our host Brenda and her team were terrific.
