The 3-room apartment "No. 1" in "Haus Piwinski" is on the ground floor and offers space for max. 4 people plus a child in a cot.
The living space of the approx. 60 m² holiday home is divided into a living / dining room, two separate bedrooms, a hallway and a bathroom. The living room is provided with a cozy seating area, TV, stereo with CD player and an open kitchen. The kitchenette is u. a. Equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and other kitchen appliances, a dining area is available. From here you have access to the furnished terrace and the garden. The large garden is available to all guests. The hallway leads to the two bedrooms. One is furnished with a double bed (dimensions: 1.80 x 2.00 - separate mattresses), a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a washing area, the second has two single beds, a wardrobe, TV and a seating area. The daylight bathroom is equipped with shower / toilet. The windows in the bedrooms are equipped with external blinds.

The private house with four apartments is in a quiet location,
it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Die Unterkunft war wieder super! (Lediglich die Fernsehgeräte waren so alt, dass nur wenig Programme empfangen werden konnten. Weder HD-Programme, ARD, noch die Regionalsender funktionierten, was bei regnerischen Tagen etwas genervt hat. Direkt nach Meldung kam auch ein Elektriker, der leider auch nur eine Diagnose stellen konnte, keine Abhilfe.)

Gut und zweckmäßig

Die Ferienwohnung ist vielleicht ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber für unseren Aufenthalt total ausreichend. Die Lage ist gut. Zur Strandpromenade mit Kindern ca. 15 Minuten gut zu erreichen.
