Wir waren für einen kurz Urlaub in der Wohnung von Familie Knütel. Vom ersten Tag an waren wir sehr froh über diese Entscheidung. Herr Knütel war immer sehr nett und freundlich und sogar einmal Abends noch erreichbar für uns. Daher bekommt Herr Knütel als Anbieter von uns eine glatte 10/10. Die Wohnung war mit allem nötigen ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Es fehlte uns dabei an nix. Der Ausblick war zu dem sehr schön. Wir haben es genossen, egal ob vor dem Schlafengehen oder nach dem Aufwachen ein wenig den Ausblick zu genießen. Die Lage der Wohnung war daher einfach Traumhaft. Wir können diese Wohnung und Herr Knütel als Vermieter nur sehr empfehlen. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Parplatz stand nicht ab 12Uhr zur Verfügung wie es im Vertrag stand,mussten mehrfach Parkgebühren zahlen,Schlüsselübergabe erst gegen 16:30 nach mehrfachen anrufen.Duschkabine schließt nicht mehr,also das Badezimmer nachwischen,Bett ist hart und knarrt sehr laut,es fehlen mehrere Latten im Lattenrost,sind nach zwei Nächten nach Hause gefahren.

Vertrag ab 12Uhr frei sein,war er nicht,es wurde ab 16:30 ein anderer zugewiesen.Mussten mehrfach Parkgebühren zahlen.2:Die Schlüsselübergabe hat auch erst nach mehrfachen Anruf gegen 16:30 stattgefunden. 3:das Bett ist hart und knarrt,es fehlen mehrer Latten im Lattenrost 3:die Duschkabine schließt nicht mehr ganz,also erstmal das ganze Badezimmer nachwischen. Wir sind schon nach zwei Nächten nach Hause gefahren. Es wäre einfach schön ,wenn die Zuverlässigkeit besser wäre und evtl. bei einigen Punkten etwas investiert würde.
