Dreamy COZY Albuquerque getaway! near hiking trails, dining, shopping.

This fully renovated apartment is SUPER cozy and feels welcoming the moment you open the door. Plenty of privacy with security screen door to let the cool breeze in, plus blackout shades in both bedrooms for ultimate comfort when you want to sleep in! The laundry room with washer/dryer (coin or card operated) is located right next door to the unit so it's very convenient. The weather is amazing in the heights with a cool breeze almost always present which is nice in summer! Gated courtyard for added privacy and security is a nice touch. There's plenty of parking in the rear. Inside the unit features anything and everything you'd want and need while traveling to make it feel more like home. Coffee machine w/filters, pots/pans/baking sheets, blender, cutting boards, tupperware, etc. You want it we got it!

This property was exactly as advertised. It is a great space - clean, well appointed, modern, comfortable bed, good selection of amenities. Nicely situated in a quiet neighbourhood within easy access of super markets, restaurants, shopping, coffee, gas stations, malls and freeway access. Host is very responsive and had me settled in and acquainted with what I needed to know about the property with no fuss. Definitely would return to stay if life leads me back to Albuquerque!

Quiet and relaxing

The owner has done a great renovation to this apartment. Simple but very tasteful home like feeling. Comfy memory foam bed. Great walking trails at the foothills just a short drive away. Very quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access to the rest of town. The owner was very responsive to questions. Thank you!

Why they chose this property

I'm born and raised in New Mexico, my whole family is here and after owning property across the country in FL/CA/PA I decided I wanted to cultivate a beautiful living situation for myself (when I'm home in NM) and for my guests!

What makes this property unique

One of the greatest features is location! We are literally just steps away from walking trails that lead to hiking trails in the foothills and Sandia mountains! The weather is very pleasant even in the summer months as our proximity to the mountain keeps us 5-10 degrees cooler than properties further west of us.
