Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Review checking-out checklist located in the white guidebook/notebook, and pet policy if traveling with approved pets.
Remove personal items from closets, dresser drawers, bathroom vanities. Don't forget your cell phone & laptop chargers. Pack or dispose of any food or beverages.
Gather used towels & place in laundry room. Leave used beds unmade. Place dirty dishes in dishwasher. Take out all trash to blue bins on side of house. Turn Thermostat to OFF mode. Lock windows/doors.

This neighborhood is convenient, quiet, and we were able to envision a space that was clean, crisp, cheerful, and an easy place that guests would enjoy staying at.
What makes this property unique
Whether staying for a few days, few weeks or a few months, this home provides total comfort and plenty of indoor & outdoor space. We updated and upgraded the home with quality materials, fixtures, floors, hardware, and did not cut corners, and this includes the furnishings, compared to many vacation rentals where owners end up using furniture pieces that are too small or not functional. The property sleeps up to 6 adults comfortably, so the living room is furnished with a large sectional sofa and arm chair that easily provides seating for 6+ adults; the dining room table & patio table also seat 6 comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked with attractive/matching dishware, glassware, silverware, pots/pans, baking sheets, cooking utensils, coffee maker & coffee pods, Ninja air fryer, and other small appliances. There is a full size washer & dryer that guests are welcome to use, along with iron/ironing board, and basic cleaning supplies, vacuum, mop, etc. Extra sets of high thread count bedding and ample topnotch bathroom towels are included. The backyard is fully landscaped with a mature lawn, fire pit area, outdoor fireplace, covered patio, multiple outdoor seating areas, hammock, planting beds, outdoor lighting, and gas BBQ Grill. There are Smart TVs in each bedroom and the Living Room, along with Roku's, and no additional charge for High Speed Xfinity WIFI.
We have worked hard to anticipate our guests' needs and deliver a space that we would find comfortable if we were visiting and staying there.
