Vacation apartment/apartment for 3 guests with 40m² in Eckernförde (15634)
We offer our guests a cozy, completely renovated and modernized, quiet 2-room apartment on the 2nd First floor of a well-kept house complex 40m². The first purchase is possible from 1. 04. 2014. Separate living rooms and bedrooms, as well as a sunny balcony are available.
The city center and the beach can be reached in 15 minutes on foot, or within 5 minutes by car. A parking space is reserved for you as needed. A new modern, open plan kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a ceramic hob, an oven and a fridge-freezer. The living room has been newly furnished with a sofa bed and a flat screen TV, as well as the corresponding dining area. The shower room with natural light is bright and friendly. A washing machine and a dryer can be found in the house, the use costs this once € 0.50.
There is also a lockable storage room for bicycles, etc.
