Die „Sauberkeit“ war schon sehr speziell. Toilette hatte unschöne „Spuren“. Diese wurden vor Ort

Die „Sauberkeit“ war schon sehr speziell. Toilette hatte unschöne „Spuren“. Diese wurden vor Ort vom Vermieter allerdings sofort behoben. Überall lagen Krümel , klebriger, alter Staub, Insekten und alte Spinnweben.Die Fenster waren alle „blind“. Ansonsten eine gut geschnittene Wohnung für 2-3 Personen, die nach einer Grundreinigung perfekt für einen Aufenthalt auf Fehmarn einlädt. Auch der großzügige Garten und die Lage sind sehr zu empfehlen. Freundlicher Vermieter.

Im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung

Es hätte besser sein können. Teilweise ziemlich abgewohnt, nachgebuchtes Zimmer welches nichts extra kosten sollte wollte der Vermieter vor Ort abkassieren und musste ich selber sauber machen. Auf bescheid sagen das das Backblech fehlt sagte der Vermieter das wir den Grill nutzen könnten der aber auchnoch sauber gemacht werden müsste und ziemlich klein war. Wir werden da nicht noch mal buchen.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist top...

Könnte mal durch renoviert werden...neue fliegengitter und mal neue sitz aufladen für draußen....bißchen mehr putzen.sonst super wohnung für den preis und der Vermieter ist nett und freundlich
