Leider kann ich keine positive Bewertung abgeben. Die FeWo war nicht richtig gereinigt, das Geschirr und Besteck war dreckig und klebrig. Wir mussten erstmal abwaschen, was wir benutzen wollten, zum großen Topf fehlte der Deckel. Auf den Sofas waren noch Krümel, zwischen Wand und rechtem Sofa steckte ein benutztes Küchenkrepptuch, die Vorhänge waren abgerissen, die Überdachung am Balkon fehlte (störte uns bei dem Winterwetter nicht so), die Lampen im Bad an der Wand neben der Heizung waren defekt. Das rechte Bett knarzte so laut, dass jede Umdrehung/ Bewegung nachts sehr störte.
Im Bad sollte auch zwischen Dusche und Waschtischunterschrank gereinigt werden.
Fotos der negativen Beurteilung liegen vor.
Nur mit der Lage und dem Ausblick kann nicht geworben werden, der Kunde/ Reisende von heute erwartet besseres.
Der Service war gut, wir durften 1 Stunde früher in die FeWo - wenn diese aber deshalb nicht zu Ende gereinigt werden konnte, erwartet man eine entsprechende Information.
Darauf hätten wir uns auch eingelassen.
Aber die Wohnung machte nicht den Eindruck, regelmäßig gereinigt und offensichtliche Mängel behoben zu werden.
Schade...
