Located in the heart of Grömitz, you can reach the shops, banks, pharmacy and doctors as well as the good Grömitzer gastronomy and of course the beach, promenade, pier and seawater swimming pool within a maximum of 500 meters from the Haus am Kurpark.

Directly adjacent to the beautiful spa park, with its own access, your holiday rest is right on your doorstep.

All apartments are comfortably furnished and give you a cozy holiday home when you return from a long day at the beach or from excursions in the beautiful Baltic Sea region.

Enjoy your best time of the year in our house at the Kurpark and be our guests, we look forward to seeing you!

The 1-bedroom apartment "Strandhafer" with about 26 m² is a nice holiday home for 2 people. It is located in the 1st. Floor of the house and has a welcoming south-facing balcony.

A living room to feel good:
From the breakfast table you can enjoy the view over the balcony into the garden and the adjoining spa park. You can easily prepare breakfast or dinner in the integrated pantry.
From the living room you enter the bright modern bathroom.

The apartment has a parking space on the property. For brought bikes or carts there is a shared parking space. In the basement you have the possibility to wash and dry laundry for a fee. The garden offers a beautiful view of the park and invites all guests of the house to linger.

Und fehlte noch in Ganzkörperspiegel im Zimmer und es waren sehr wenige Haken vorhanden. Im Bad könnten noch ein paar Haken angebracht werden und im Zinmer, so dass man deine Jacken aufhängen kann. Ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Balkon war etwas dreckig.

Preis/Leistung passt

Wir wurden freundlich von der Vermieterin empfangen. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Menschen völlig ausreichend und man hat einen schönen großen Balkon. Die Dusche könnte größer sein, für einen großen Menschen ganz schön beengend. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn noch Toilettenpapier und Müllbeutel auf Vorrat dagewesen wären. Die Küche verfügt über genügend Inventar, damit ist das Selbstversorgen kein Problem. Den Garten, der von den Urlaubern laut Beschreibung des Objektes mitbenutzt werden kann, haben wir uns nicht getraut zu nutzen, da uns gleich am ersten Tag von einer unfreundlichen Mieterin mitgeteilt wurde, dass wir da nichts zu suchen hätten, denn sie würde hier wohnen. Der Abstellraum für Fahrräder, Laufrad, Kinderwagen oder Bollerwagen könnte etwas aufgeräumter sein, dann könnte auch jeder sein Gefährt unterstellen. In dem Mietobjekt befindet sich eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner, die gegen Entgelt benutzt werden können. Toll, das sowas da ist, aber benutzt haben wir es nicht und somit keine Erfahrung gemacht. Das Auto parkt man genau vor dem Haus auf einen privaten Parkplatz. Alles in allem ein angenehmer Urlaub direkt neben dem Kurpark.
