The apartment is located directly on the marina in the 2nd Floor and is equipped with 2 balconies. From there you have a very beautiful view of the lake and on the other side of the marina. If the weather is bad, you can relax in the existing sauna or in front of the fireplace. The extensive sandy beach is only a few meters. Also in the city center and to the restaurants it is not far and for the little ones there are a lot of activities on site.
