Our apartment "park view" is a beautiful, bright and friendly furnished comfort apartment for 2-3 persons. The apartment is in the 1. Floor and is located not far from the Grömitzer Baltic Sea beach.
The living area of the approximately 49 m² apartment is distributed over a living room, a separate bedroom, a large kitchen and a bathroom. The bright living room has a cozy and spacious sitting area (sleep function - 160 x 200 cm)) and a wall unit with cable TV, a radio, a DVD and a CD player. From here you have wonderful views of the property and the Grömitzer spa park. The separate bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), two bedside tables and a wardrobe. The daylight shower room has a shower, toilet, sink. The large bright kitchen is u. a. equipped with a dishwasher, a 4-plate stove, a dining table and other kitchen appliances. From here you get to the small front area balcony, this is located on the pedestal of the stairs. In the garden there is an additional seating area as well as a barbecue area and two sun loungers.

The path to the fine sandy beach and the lively beach promenade with its restaurants, cafes, bars and boutiques is only about 3 minutes walk and through the hotel's own garden you have direct access to Grömitzer spa park. Various shops are also within easy reach by car or on foot.

The short distances and the quiet location make this apartment an ideal accommodation for a varied as well as carefree and relaxing holiday. Quick you are "in the middle of the action". However, if you do not feel like going for a beach excursion or strolling along the beach promenade, you can enjoy the sun in the garden, look out into the green or simply relax and let your gaze wander through the trees of the adjoining spa park. Appropriate garden furniture is of course available.
