The detached thatched roof house Newport is located in the 5 star resort on the Graswarder surrounded by a dune landscape.

After just a few steps you will reach the Baltic Sea beach, the adventure pier, the nature reserve Graswarder with its impressive nature and birdlife, the 5-star "Marina Yachthafen Heiligenhafen", the promenade and the lake. In addition, the fishing port and the old town can be reached in a few minutes.

The 137-square-foot, rustic Newport thatched cottage offers space for families and guests with up to 6 people.

On the ground floor you will find a spacious living area with fireplace, TV and comfortable sofa furniture. Through the large glass front in the living room you have a great view of the sun terrace (30 sqm), which invites you to sunbathe, relax and linger, but also for barbecues and get-togethers. In addition, there is a great view from the sun terrace and from the living room to the marina.

At the rear of the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area for 6 people. There is also a cloakroom area and a guest toilet.

Upstairs are three bright bedrooms and a large bathroom waiting for you. 2 bedrooms have a view of the marina, from the third bedroom has a beautiful view of the lake. The exclusive bathroom is well appointed and has a large shower and a bath to relax in for quiet hours.

All three bedrooms are equipped with large, comfortable boxspring beds (180 cm x 200 cm) and one UHD TV each. A travel cot, which can be placed in one of the rooms as desired, completes the sleep offer. Of course, there is enough storage space for the cloakroom in generous built-in wardrobes.

The house owns the car parking space right outside the door. Bicycles can be locked at the bicycle stand.

Leider hatte die angekündigte Böllerverbotszone kaum Auswirkung. Ab ca. 18 Uhr wurde fast ununterbrochen mit Böllern und Feuerwerk in Heiligenhafen der Silvesterabend gestört. Es war schlimmer als im Ruhrgebiet.

Als 4köpfige Familie sind wir das 6. Jahr in Folge im Haus Newport und fühlen uns nach wie vor sehr wohl. Die Lage ist Top und wir entdecken jedes Jahr neue schöne Seiten an Heiligenhafen. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche übrig, bietet viel Platz und Annehmlichkeiten. Auch im nächsten Jahr werden wir wieder da sein.

Das Haus hat eine super Lage, die Wege in die Stadt, zum Strand oder Yachthafen sind wirklich kurz

Das Haus hat eine super Lage, die Wege in die Stadt, zum Strand oder Yachthafen sind wirklich kurz und dafür braucht man das Auto definitiv nicht. Das Haus ist wirklich hübsch eingerichtet und mit genügend Geschirr ausgestattet. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind schön platzsparend untergebracht, die Geräte hochwertig. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, sind die Gardinen im Wohnzimmer. Die wirkten sehr günstig und waren außerdem kraus und am unteren Rand verfärbt. Vielleicht könnte man für die Reinigung zwischendurch einen Swiffer bereit stellen, das fände ich super. So haben wir den Staubsauger genutzt, dessen Beutel recht voll war und der somit jetzt nur mit halber Kraft gesaugt hat. Insgesamt würde ich sagen, ein sehr schönes Haus mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Zum Preis : Nun ja, normalerweise würden wir für eine Unterkunft nicht so viel bezahlen, aber wir waren ja quasi nur zu zweit. Wenn man natürlich mit 6 Personen reist und den Preis teilt, relativiert sich dieser ja wieder.
