The apartment "54 ° sea" is on the 4th Floor in the "Grömitz-Center II", very centrally located and only 100 m from the beach and the pier.

The living space of the approx. 52 m² holiday home is divided into a living / dining room with an integrated kitchen, two separate bedrooms, a small hallway and a bathroom and offers space for max. 4 people. The living area is furnished with a comfortable couch and a dining area. From the living room you can access the furnished balcony, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Grömitzer pier and have breakfast here in the morning. The kitchen is u. a. equipped with: refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, oven, coffee machine and other kitchen appliances. One of the two separate bedrooms has a double bed (separate mattresses, dimensions: 1.80 x 2.00 m). There is a wardrobe in the hallway of the apartment. The second bedroom has a bed (0.80 mx 2 m) with an additional pull-out mattress. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet.

The apartment is not completely barrier-free, there are 4 steps on the fourth floor.

All restaurants, shops and the Grömitzer wave can be reached in a few minutes.

Einzigstes was ich zu bemängeln habe ist das Wlan. Was nicht funktionierte. Der Router hatte immer Probleme. Was das mobile Arbeiten erschwerte. Nicht immer kann man im Urlaub ohne das mobile arbeiten sein. Das ist der einzigste aber auch sehr wichtige Punkt für mich. Beruflich benötige ich es.

Tolle Lage

Super schöner Urlaub in toller Lage. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Vom Balkon hat man sogar Meerblick. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Einzig, eine Mikrowelle und ein Eisfach fehlen. Das wäre noch wünschenswert. Alles andere ist vorhanden! Wir haben eine super Woche dort verbracht. 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief perfekt. Verwalter sind sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank
