True ski in / ski out- walk right out the door and hit the slopes!

2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo at Dobie- Sleeps 6, and is right on the slopes! Our condo has an open floor plan, making this the ideal getaway for your family. Brand new bathroom renovations, freshly painted bedrooms and updated kitchen! The master bedroom features new a king-size bed with a full ensuite bathroom. Relax in the brand new and comfortable queen bed while enjoying the calming hue’s of blue in the newly painted guest room. Newly updated kitchen with a beautiful new back splash and freshly painted cabinets. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the cooking utensils, pots, and pans you may need to prepare your favorite meals and snacks.

For ski rentals, you'll want to reserve in advance. Availability fills up fast. You may also be able to purchase lift tickets in advance. Check the Wintergreen Resort website for more info.

We are within walking distance of the Blue Ridge Express chairlift and Blackrock Village which includes main lodge, dining and market. ☃️🏂

For the warmer months, you can relax on our amply spaced deck to take in the fresh air. It’s also a charming spot to enjoy your favorite coffee or wine! We supply all of our guests with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. We also have access to the Chestnut Springs and Rodes Farm pool, open to guests 2PM-6PM.Pools are closed after Labor Day weekend. Also provided are all linens and towels. We invite you to pack a bag, leave your worries behind and join us for your next getaway!

Please be sure to include the correct amount of people that will be staying. This is to be sure we leave out enough towels etc. we will only leave out the amount included in your booking and will not leave out extra sheets for the sleeper!

Please note: We are not considered "resort members" so you will not have access to resort run amenities such as the Wintergarden Spa, Devils Knob Golf Course or Devils Knob Grill. You may be able to book a spa treatment to access the indoor pool etc. We highly recommend checking directly with the resort to confirm.

The use of motorcycles are strictly prohibited on the mountain. If driving a motorcycle, you'll need to park at the Witnergreen PD and have transportation up to the condo.

This is the place to stay!

Location is perfect - ear shot of lift. Condo clean and well stocked. No complaints, except maybe the kitchen is so well stocked that there was no available cabinet or drawer space for the items I brought. Of course, there was plenty of fridge and freezer space. Furniture is updated. Sheet, blankets and towels look brand new. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Location!!

House was convenient to everything...ground level...so no steps to haul luggage and groceries up. We walked everywhere from getting a cup of coffee, ski rental dept, dinner and the slopes. Amazing views. Quiet location. Convenient parking spot. The house had everything we needed. The fireplace was GREAT!! I will definitely be renting this place again and again!!

Amazing location

Great space for a family of four. Amazing location right by the lift. Just walk off the back deck and ski. Great kitchen…had what we needed to cook simple meals. Fireplace in sunken conversation pit by the windows watching the ski slope was the best!

Mother Daughter Weekend

Condo was absolute perfection! Beds were super comfy, towels soft (not scratchy like most hotels), furniture and decor looked as if straight out of a magazine. I wouldn’t change a thing. I am jealous! I would love to own such a sweet gem.
