Best Location! Ski In / Ski Out - 1st Floor- Slopeside Dobie Condo; WIFI

We are slope side with a full view to the North/East, Dobie Mountain Condominium by: 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath. Granite counter tops, sunken sunroom, hard-wood floors--it's beautiful!! The stone fireplace and spectacular views overlooking the slopes make this the perfect condo for both skiers and non skiers. For the skiers: step into your skis just feet from the back deck, and off you go. For the non-skiers: start something savory in the crockpot and curl up with a great book. You don't have to leave the condo to watch Freestyle double cross races! Unit is within walking distance to the main lodge for shopping and dining. Reserved parking place.

Although well known for ski season, spring, summer, and autumn are also favorite times of year to visit Wintergreen. A sampling of outdoor activities includes hiking, wine tasting, antiquing, and music festivals. Everything is centrally located, and most activities are within a short walk.

For young children, The Treehouse is a one minute walk from the condo, and offers half and full day children's activities.

All season resort. Skiing, snowboarding, beginner & intermediate snow tubing park, Hiking, Festivals, Concerts, and Wineries. Don't forget you are minutes from a large selection of local craft breweries, all part of the Brew Ridge Trail!

Wintergreen Gem

This ski-in/ski out condo is everything you need to enjoy a great time at Wintergreen. The views are outstanding, the location is convenient and the condo is very accommodating. The host was more than helpful and available when needed. We have started a family tradition of coming to Wintergreen every winter and we will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thanks again for all the memories. We highly recommend staying at this wonderful condo. It does not disappoint….and those views are breathtaking.

Sweet Retreat

Truly enjoyed our stay. The indoor fire pit area near the fireplace was warm and cozy. Kitchen was equipped with all necessities and then some. Host was very attentive and provided exceptional service. The location was excellent and nearby to slopes and all resort services including the spa, shops, and dining. There was plenty of space for a family of 5. Our family would love to stay here again if the future provides availability.

Our family lives in Lynchburg, just an hour from our favorite spot at Wintergreen! We have two teenagers in the house now, a son and daughter. We love to travel as a family and try to spend as much time as we can at Wintergreen. We often find the best time to be at Wintergreen isn't even during ski season! It is truly a four season resort!

Why they chose this property

We think the location of our condo is perfect. It is directly on the slopes, right in the middle of the resort, and within walking distance to everything.

What makes this property unique

I grew up in Lynchburg. It was always a special treat to get to come to Wintergreen as a child. I have such fond memories of being on the slopes and I have enjoyed watching my children have the same experiences.
