Holiday home for 5 guests with 80m�� in Fehmarn OT Kopendorf (68558)
Directly at the village pond of Kopendorf with two sun terraces to the pond and the large garden out: Our cottage Lichtblick offers great opportunities for relaxing, sunbathing, games and barbecues. On the ground floor you have a kitchenette with dining area and a living / dining room and a bathroom. The fridge has a standard freezer. The 3 bedrooms, the second bathroom and a spacious living room are on the first floor.
The house is very quiet and a perfect starting point to conquer the island in all directions. The nearest sandy beach is about 4 kilometers, to the bird sanctuary Wallnau also. On the beach in Bojendorf you will find summer kayak and beach chair rentals. 1.3 km away there are good shops (bakery, groceries).

Bad im ersten Stock schmutzig und verschimmelt.
Kühlschrank dreckig und hat nach Bier gestunken.
Fenster von aussen voller Spinnweben. Mann traut sich kaum die Fenster zu öffnen.
Wenn Mann ankommt muss man erst Mal putzen bevor man was benutzen kann.
Preis Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht.
Der Preis ist viel zu hoch für dieses dreckige Haus .

Alles in allem -OK-
Das ist an sich schön angeordnet und ruhig gelegen. Die Anordnung im Haus ist ebenfalls gut geplant. Allerdings ist in Sachen Sauberkeit noch Luft nach oben. Fast in nahezu jeder Winkel des Hauses waren Spinnennetze zu finden, sodass wir nach der Anreise, erstmal mit Besen und Staubsauger bewaffnet, auf Reinemachtor gehen mussten. Ansonsten war von der Ausstattung alles soweit vor Ort.

Oberflächlich sauber, aber wenn man unter Betten und Bänke schaut, stellt man fest, dass die letzte Generalreinigung (zu) lange zurückliegt.

Viel Natur um zu entspannen
Wenn ich den Reinigungsdienst alleine bewerten könnte, hätte dieser nur 2 Sterne bekommen. Was das Haus, die Umgebung angeht war alles perfekt. Der Vermieter (der leider weit Weg wohnt), war immer über Telefon erreichbar und bemüht. Auf die Sauberkeit muss Er sich auf den Reinigungsdienst verlassen können. In dem Haus waren viele Spinnennetze, die auch schon älter waren.
