Modern holiday home in a central location—relaxation and fun guaranteed! Welcome to this approximately 72 m² holiday apartment, newly and freshly furnished since early 2023! Its spacious rooms are spread across two levels on the upper floor and in the attic. The excellent and quiet location at Birkenweg 1d, right in the heart of Burg, puts fresh bread rolls just a 2-minute walk away and a delightful stroll through the old town or a visit to a restaurant within a 5-minute walk.

The modern and fully furnished apartment with Wi-Fi offers ample space for up to six people and a toddler.

The bright apartment is divided into:



a spacious living area with a fully equipped, open kitchen, dining area, a cosy sofa corner, and an armchair


a bedroom for 2 people,


a bathroom with a heated towel rack and underfloor heating,


another bedroom for 3 people in the attic, and 1 additional guest room for 1 person that can be booked separately.
(A 6th person, as well as the additional guest room, can be booked for an extra charge of 10€ per day each.)


The living area is tastefully and modernly furnished and features a flat-screen TV and a radio with a built-in Bluetooth speaker. The fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere during the cooler seasons (please bring your own seasoned firewood and fire starters if needed).
A spacious balcony is accessible directly from the living room. Here, comfortable patio furniture, a sun umbrella, and a grill offer the perfect setting to spend relaxing hours.

The open-concept kitchen in the living area is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. There is plenty of dishware and silverware for all guests (please bring your own dish sponges, tea towels, dish soap, etc.).
The large (extendable) dining table provides plenty of space for everyone to enjoy meals together.

The spacious bathroom is modern and comfortably equipped. The underfloor heating and the towel warmer ensure a cosy, warm shower experience. A hair dryer is located in the cabinet under the sink.

Bedroom 1 on the upper floor features a cosy double bed (180x200 cm). There is also a flat-screen TV available here.

Bedroom 2 in the attic is furnished with a large double bed (180x200 cm) and a single bed (90x200 cm).

The guest room, which can be booked separately, is furnished with a single bed (90x200 cm) and another flat-screen TV connected to a stereo system with a DVD player.

All bedrooms feature spacious closets (with plenty of hangers) and dressers for convenient storage.

Additional amenities: travel cot with mattress, high chair, changing table, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board

The apartment includes a designated parking space.

The numerous attractions in the surrounding area ensure there’s never a dull moment, making every holiday varied, relaxing, and unforgettable.

You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10 a.m.) and a late check-out (departure by 4 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these requests no earlier than 1 week before arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to direct consecutive bookings.
Note regarding consecutive bookings during the high season: During the high season, we can only accept consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must follow directly after the previous one and be preceded by the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap between two bookings that meets the minimum rental period requirement. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot handle this automatically, so we must manually verify this rule after receiving the booking request.


Additional fees: Booking fee
