On a 1000 sqm plot with a large meadow, the apartment is located on the first floor. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the house. The apartment has a separate entrance. In addition to the garden furniture on the balcony can be used in front of the entrance, the terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The beach in Wulfen is just a few minutes walk. The bedrooms
The apartment has three bedrooms, one of which is designed as a nursery. However, here are the beds 2 meters long. In the other bedrooms are double beds at least 1.80 meters wide. The large bedroom also has a single bed. Here is also a second TV.
The living room and kitchen
The living room with large patio door, TV and music system is comfortably furnished. Here is also the large kitchen with fridge and freezer, extractor hood, oven, coffee maker, ceramic hob and microwave. In the cupboards you will find all necessary kitchen utensils including toaster and blender. In the living room is also the dining area with table and chairs.

The apartment is equipped with two shower rooms and toilets. In the house you have a washing machine and dryer for shared use.
balcony
On the balcony you will find garden furniture with deck and 6 chairs. From here you have a wonderful view over meadows and the Burger lake with its water sports. In the background you can see Burgstaaken with its harbor and the Baltic Sea.
